Returns Policy

Returns (if applicable)

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it within 7 days of order delivery. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase of unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a refund (less postage and handling). Any refunds can take between 7-14 business days to process once the products have been returned to us should a refund be applicable.

We do not offer refunds or replacements when customers enter the wrong shipping address. We use an automated system that copies and pastes exactly what you list as your shipping address. With that, we cannot accept any responsibility for customers listing incorrect information. No refunds or replacements will be given. In this situation I would advise you to contact your post office as soon as possible for guidance.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Items will only be replaced if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at enquiries@myskinhub.com.au


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
